The honest verdict

O'Connor's 50% is the steepest cut in the market, and the firm is the subject of a Texas Attorney General lawsuit (allegations unproven, detail on our honest page). Ownwell's 25-35% is lower but recurs every year. If you can file yourself, a flat $99 keeps 100% and there is no percentage to give up at all.
