How we make money
We publish comparisons of property tax appeal services. Comparisons are only worth reading if you know who is paying for them, so here is the whole picture.
What we sell
A $49 one-time protest kit, a $29 state DIY appeal kit, and subscription monitoring. That is our revenue. The address check, your over-assessment estimate, and the first comparable property are free, with no signup.
Referrals to other firms
We are currently paid nothing for these referrals. The outbound links to full-service firms exist because a flat-fee DIY packet is genuinely the wrong answer for someone who wants the work handled for them, and sending that person to a dead end helps nobody. If that ever changes we will say so on this page and on every page carrying the links, before the first dollar.
