Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and REVXL LLC, doing business as AppealMyTax. By using appealmytax.dev or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What AppealMyTax provides
AppealMyTax provides searches of public property records, automated analyses, informational guides, digital reports, evidence packets, monitoring tools, and manually scoped property-intelligence services.
AppealMyTax is a hands-off data and document service. We do not file an appeal for you, represent you before an assessor, review board, tribunal, or court, negotiate with a government agency, or manage the outcome of your matter.
2. Informational service, not professional advice
Our content and products are informational and are not legal or tax advice. They do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or representative relationship.
Deadlines, procedures, evidence rules, and property records vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for checking current official sources, deciding whether and how to proceed, signing any document, filing with the correct office, and meeting every applicable deadline. Consult a licensed professional for advice about your circumstances.
3. Public records and estimates
Analyses are based primarily on public records and other identified sources. Public records may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or incorrect. Automated comparisons and savings figures are estimates, not appraisals or promises.
We do not guarantee that comparable properties will be available for every address, that an authority will accept particular evidence, or that you will receive a tax reduction or other outcome. Where usable comparable evidence is unavailable, the product description should say so before purchase.
4. Purchases, delivery, and subscriptions
Prices and the included deliverables are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or made available through the service.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam or filtered folders. If delivery fails, contact john@appealmytax.dev.
If you purchase a recurring service, the checkout will state its billing interval. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation does not reverse a charge that has already been processed, but our refund policy may still apply.
5. Refunds
AppealMyTax purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email support for a full refund. This promise does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service and purchased materials for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, use automated means that impose an unreasonable load, resell or republish a purchased packet as your own product, use the service to violate privacy or other rights, or misrepresent AppealMyTax as your representative.
7. Intellectual property
AppealMyTax and its original software, designs, reports, templates, text, and branding are owned by REVXL LLC or its licensors. Public property records remain subject to the rights and rules of their source. Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the delivered material for the purpose for which it was sold.
8. Third-party services and links
The service relies on third parties including government data sources, hosting, analytics, email, and payment providers. Their services and external websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or content controlled by those third parties.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. We do not exclude warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVXL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost savings, lost profits, missed deadlines, or loss arising from reliance on public records. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid AppealMyTax for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit applicable consumer protection rights.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page and apply prospectively. We may suspend access for unlawful use, security threats, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law where you live. Nothing in these terms restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to john@appealmytax.dev or mailed to AppealMyTax, REVXL LLC, 5830 East 2nd Street, #6400, Casper, WY 82609, United States.
