What we can actually prove
Most property tax services show you a wall of five-star quotes and a success rate with no denominator. We would rather show you a shorter, duller page that is true.
There are two kinds of evidence here. What we measured ourselves from county records, and what customers told us happened after they filed. They are different things and we keep them apart.
Customer outcomes
Every buyer is asked to report what their county decided, and we publish every outcome we are given permission to publish, including the appeals that lost. Nothing appears here unless the customer explicitly allowed it.

We started asking every buyer to report their result in July 2026, and county boards take weeks to months to rule, so this section is genuinely empty rather than curated. It will fill with real reported results, wins and losses, as they arrive. We would rather show you an empty table than a fabricated one.
What we measured
This is our own analysis of public county assessment rolls, as of June 2026. It describes how widespread over-assessment is in the counties we studied. It is not a record of appeals we won, and it does not predict any individual result.

What we run on
Every comparable in a kit is a real parcel from a public county roll that you can look up yourself before you file. We carry about 22.7M properties, with a live calculator in 7 states (Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas) and statutory filing guides for 8 states.
Coverage varies by county and is listed honestly on the data page. Some counties publish no building square footage, so we cannot build comparables there and we say so on the page rather than selling a kit we cannot produce.
